One of the main goals of this program is to get you to a place where you are able to create & maintain a health-promoting life that you enjoy, into the long term... It takes 3 weeks to make habits and 3 weeks to break habits so by the time you are through this program, it's like having a clean slate.
Having the know-how to support your wellness will ultimately prevent the development of many chronic diseases. Wellbeing also creates peace & happiness and improves your quality of life into the future!
What you do most of the time determines how your health will be. Most of us have a choice in how our life ends up so taking responsibility now will benefit you so much later.
You can begin whenever you choose through January and are personally supported by me along the way with 2 x 1-1 mentoring calls and email access for any additional questions along the way... I am here each step of the way to support your success!
Week 1 is all about cleaning up your diet and optimising your digestion. Before you start to cleanse it is important to make sure that your digestive system is working properly so your body is getting rid of all of the waste and it is not recycling through. You will discover how your nervous system and stress play a big part in affecting your capacity to cleanse and also your body's ability to use the nourishment it is receiving through your food. You will also learn simple ways to bring your nervous system back into balance!
Week 2 continues with optimising your food quality, adding on more of a focus on movement, activity, and other lifestyle choices and habits. This is also important for you to be able to move and flow both inside and out! You will learn different movements that support energetic flow through the different organs and meridians of the body, as well as ways to improve your overall energy balance.
Week 3 is time to release stuckness in all of the layers of your body, mind & spirit. This week is mostly fruit and vegetables, with the option for some juice days as well, to best support your liver in releasing toxins and take the load off your system so it can get rid of these toxins out of the body. It is recommended to be spending a bit of time looking at the deeper layers of why certain patterns might be continuing to play out in your life, creating barriers to your best life, as these energetic barriers also affect your physical function. This will allow your physical and energetic layers to clear out the unwanted baggage.
The final week is spent re-encoding your physical habits and energetic layers to align with how you want your life to be in the future. Start with a high nutrient, low reactive anti-inflammatory type diet and create what you would like your lifestyle habits and life to be like moving forward. There are energetic practices and intentional processes that will allow you to become more aware of how your energy affects your environment and your capacity to live the life you truly desire.
